OnFamily is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the AASW Code of Ethics. No personal or identifying details will be stored by us on the OnFamily website. Your email address will not be added to any mailing lists without your permission.
OnFamily may use de-identified, aggregated information to evaluate and inform future service provision. Any information you provide will not be disclosed to any third party, unless agreed by you, or if you freely provide OnFamily with information that leads us to assess that yourself or another are at significant risk of harm.
Although OnFamily therapists are trained professionals, OnFamily do not take any responsibility for user interpretation of advice, or for advice provided in the absence of necessary disclosure by users to inform advice given.
Users agree not to duplicate advice or impart to a third person as their own, acknowledging that all information provided by OnFamily remains the exclusive property of OnFamily.
