“As patron of Action for Happiness I am delighted to see the work being done by members of this movement to create a happier and more caring society. I wholeheartedly support the Exploring What Matters course and hope that many thousands of people will benefit from it and be inspired to take their own action to help create a happier world.” Dalai Lama

* Enjoy expert videos, mindfulness exercises and a handbook full of resources to help you break big ideas into manageable chunks. 

* Take time each week to think of small actions you can take to create happiness for yourself and those around you.

The course will run for 8 weeks on Tuesdays from 6pm-8pm on the following dates: 4th February, 11th February, 18th February, 25th February, 3rd March, 10th March, 17th March & 24th March.

The course is run by keen volunteers who are stepping forward to help spread happiness in the local area. Everyone who joins the course makes a donation of their choice to be there. It costs Action for Happiness about $160 per person to support each course so we ask all participants to give whatever they can to support themselves and others.

You can choose to either give the recommended donation of $160 ($20 per week) or give more or less depending on your circumstances. We welcome everyone on the course equally whatever they are able to give.
